What’s the overall feel/size of the mat?

The mat feels the same as the regular play mats that people use. Smooth on the top and rubber bottom. The size of the standard mat is 24″ inches (615 mm) by 14″ inches (361 mm) and 1/16″ inches thick (1.5 mm). For stitched edge size its 24” x 14” inches and is 3mm thick.

How do I send you my image?

Images can be submitted through Google Drive, Dropbox, or email.

We currently accept Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Stripe, Mercadopago & all debit/credit cards.

How long does it take to make and ship a product?

Playmats & Oricas/Tokens take 3-14 business days to make, and 1-3 business days to ship. Deckboxes take 1-14 business days to ship, and for custom sleeves orders takes beetween 7-14 business days to make them. Tracking is provided for all purchases.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We offer free shipping for orders from USA, Mexico & Canada. Shipping within Worldwide at 5 USD.

How do I track my order?

We send a mail with tracking information and tracking is uploaded onto PayPal when items have shipped. You can then input that number into the appropriate courier’s website to determine the location of said item.
