Hello dear customers,
Recently, we have experienced a surge in orders, which is fantastic, but at the same time, we have faced several issues—technical problems, partnership challenges, and difficulties with our shipping manager. Due to this situation, we will be closing operations at 4duel.com at the beginning of August.
This does not mean that all recent and/or pending orders will be left in limbo; everything will be shipped and/or resolved without a doubt. We have simply decided to end the partnership between the two site owners and thus bring this project to a close.
Similarly, now as a site with a single owner, the store will be relaunched under a new brand and with improved service. In this new version, all the suggestions our customers have given us through our contact channels have been taken into account, with the goal of providing a better experience for you—our valued customers.
